Shipping Policy

We strive to give our customers the best possible experience they can get while shopping with us. We strive to have all of our orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of them being purchased from our website.Sometimes, however this is not always possible, but we will keep you informed every step of the way. 

All of our orders are sent via non signature courier, we use non signature because we are not all home during working hours Monday-Friday so the couriers can just leave your order for when you get home, and let's face it, having to organise a delivery once the courier has tried or even worse to go into the couriers to collect your order is a real pain in the butt.

Any item that is broken in transit we will replace or refund for you (your choice) if you do encounter an issue when you open your order, send us a photo to our email or Facebook page and we will get you sorted. 

If we accidently send you the wrong item, just let us know via email or Facebook and we will rectify the situation immediately for you.
